Sodalis Living uses artificial intelligence tools to support certain aspects of our operations, communications, and content. We want to be transparent about how and where these tools are used and what that means for residents, families, and visitors to our website.
Where We Use AI
Sodalis Living may use AI-assisted tools in the following areas.
- Content creation: Some website content, email communications, and marketing materials are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed and approved by our team before publication.
- Operational support: AI tools may assist our teams with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Digital communications: AI may be used to support chat features, inquiry responses, and other digital touchpoints across our website and platforms.
Human Oversight
Sodalis Living does not rely on AI to make care decisions. All clinical assessments, care plans, and healthcare-related determinations are made by qualified team members and licensed professionals. Any AI-generated content or output that affects residents or their families is reviewed by a member of our team before action is taken.
Data and Privacy
When AI tools are used in connection with any personal or health-related information, we apply the same privacy standards described in our HIPAA Privacy Policy. We do not use resident health data to train external AI systems.
Our Commitment
AI is one tool among many at Sodalis Living. It supports our team, but it does not replace the relationships, judgment, and personal attention that define the way we work. Every interaction that matters is backed by a person.
